Yuri to hold fanmeeting in Manila
To Girls’ Generation fans’ surprise, it was announced yesterday, 5th July, that member Yuri will be holding a fanmeeting in Manila. Her second fanmeet, aptly named Chapter 2, will be held on 9th July at the New Frontier Theater in QC.
Besides being a member of the 2nd generation K-pop girl group, Yuri is also an actress and a variety show star.

What surprised SONEs the most was that ticket selling began on the same day as the fanmeeting announcement yesterday.
At 8am, posters of Yuri’s fanmeeting were revealed. The details followed at 11am. Then, at 3pm, tickets went live at TicketNet outlets and on their website.
Many Filipino SONEs are eager to meet the K-pop star that they sold out VVIP tickets in 30 minutes. However, some fans – particularly those who live outside Luzon – took to social media saying they didn’t even have time to save up for fanmeeting and flight tickets.

While VVIP are sold out, you can still snag tickets for other tiers at any TicketNet outlet or on the TicketNet website. The remaining tickets are priced as follows:
VIP – P10,000 (~USD177.92)
Orchestra – P8,500 (~USD151.23)
Loge – P8,500 (~USD151.23)
Balcony – P5,500 (~USD97.86)
The VVIP ticket that sold out cost P11,500 (~USD204.61). This comes with a hi-bye event, poster, photocard, plus chances to win signed poster, signed polaroid, and a group photo opportunity with Yuri.
