The restaurant and brewery consists of three floors. The first two floors has a simple pub setup with wooden furniture, beer barrel-shaped sitting booths, and the bar where the beer taps are.

The third floor, on the other hand, has a more relaxed setup with rugs, coffee tables, and cushioned seats, and an al fresco roof deck surrounded by greenery.

Although it may seem intimidating from the outside due to its large structure, Papa Bolo has a welcoming ambiance as you go inside with its floor-to-ceiling glass windows and panels that give out natural lighting during the day. You can even see an amazing view of Sky Ranch’s ferris wheel, especially during the night when its lights are bright.

Also, previous guests noted that the staff is accommodating and friendly, so rest assured that you’re in good hands once you visit.

Feel free to pay the brewery a visit if you want to see the brewing process of the craft beers. Some of the staff may even give a tour and explain how everything works.

You can roam around or take goofy photos at the brewery during the tour.

The restaurant and brewery offers six flavors of craft beer, including the Piña Niña flavor, which highlights the taste of Pineapple – one of Tagaytay’s main crops.

A glass of any flavored beer costs P275 (~USD4.90). You can try Barkada Bliss for a classic beer taste or Disco Biscuit that’s on the sweeter side.

Or if you want to get a taste of every flavor, go for the beer flight (P490, ~USD8.73) where you’ll sample a bit of all the flavors to know which one you like most. You can savor the different notes and taste of each beer, so this may be a fun activity for beer connoisseurs.
