Celebrity twins in the Philippines
While twins are not uncommon, they still catch our interest since twin births are not as commonplace as single births. It becomes even more intriguing when twins pursue the same career, especially in the entertainment industry where we can observe their distinct interests.
To jog your memory, we’ve put together a list of popular celebrity twins in the Philippines. This includes twins who are actors, as well as twins who are part of the same music group.
1. Atasha and Andres Muhlach – celebrity twins who recently re-entered showbiz

Atasha and Andres Muhlach are the fraternal twins of Ms. World Philippines 1994 Charlene Gonzales and actor Aga Muhlach.
Although they started their careers as commercial and print models at a young age, they recently returned to showbiz in their early 20s.
Atasha is one of the recent additions to the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga host while Andres just signed a contract with Manny V Pangilinan, who owns the TV channel TV5, and Vic del Rosario, chairman and CEO of Viva Communications.
Apart from their showbiz endeavors, Atasha represented the Philippines at the prestigious Le Bal des Débutantes in 2022, where her twin brother, Andres, escorted her.
2. Paolo and Miguel Guico – frontmen of the popular band Ben&Ben

If you’ve seen any performance video of the popular Filipino band Ben&Ben, you’ve probably thought you’re seeing two.
That’s because their frontmen, who both serve as lead singers and guitarists, – Paolo and Miguel Guico – are identical twins. In fact, the band’s name Ben&Ben came from their middle name, Benjamin.
The 9-piece co-ed band led by these celebrity twins was the most streamed OPM artist on Spotify in 2023.
3. Cassy and Mavy Legaspi – celebrity twins who hosted the same noontime show

Cassy and Mavy Legaspi are actors Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villaroel’s twins who are following their parents’ footsteps.
The twins are signed under GMA Artist Center. Both of them also became part of the host lineup of the noontime show Tahanang Pinakamasaya, in addition to pursuing individual acting projects.
Similar to the Muhlach twins, they have also been commercial and print models since a young age. Interestingly, both sets of twins have been endorsers for the ice cream brand Selecta.
4. Richard and Raymond Gutierrez – twins from a Filipino celebrity dynasty

Twins Richard and Raymond Gutierrez are part of the famous Gutierrez celebrity dynasty, being sons of actors Eddie Guttierez and Annabelle Rama.
They appeared in the same movies at a very young age, before pursuing different paths in their 20s. However, both of them were part of their family’s reality TV show It Takes Gutz To Be A Guttierez.
Today, Richard remains an actor while Raymond pursues hosting and is currently an influencer who attends fashion events internationally.
5. Joj and Jai Agpangan – joined the reality competition Pinoy Big Brother as one contestant

In 2012, Negros Occidental-born twins Joj and Jai Agpangan joined the reality competition Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4 where they were considered as one contestant.
After landing on 4th place, the twins pursued acting. They had projects together and also individually.
They continue to appear in films and TV series while also being lifestyle and fitness influencers on social media.
6. Felix and Dominic Roco – actor twins who have starred in acclaimed films

Felix and Dominic Roco are the twin sons of award-winning actor Bembol Roco, who began their career when they were teens. Following their father’s legacy, they also starred in critically acclaimed films which got them nominated for several awards.
In fact, Felix was in the 2016 film Ma’ Rosa which won the late actress Jaclyn Jose her Cannes Best Actress Award and director Brillante Mendoza his Best director award from Gijon International Film Festival.
Meanwhile, Dominic himself won gold for the secondary male actor category at the 2022 FACINE Film Festival for his performance in Liway.
7. Charlotte and Charice Hermoso – P-pop idol twins in the same group

The P-pop girl group KAIA also boasts members who are twins – Charlotte and Charice Hermoso.
Charlotte – who goes by her second name Angela on stage – serves as the group’s leader and vocalist, while Charice takes on the role of the main rapper.
Before becoming P-pop idols, the twins started their careers as commercial models at a young age. They were most popular for their Surf commercial where they were known as “Kambal ni Lumen” (Lumen’s Twins).
