If you’re an otaku in the metro looking for your next anime-themed hangout spot, check out Aniporium in Makati. It’s an anime merch haven where you can shop or browse merchandise from your favorite animes and role-play games.

There’s something at this store for every budget, from surprise gashapon (capsule toy vending machines) toys to scale figures.

Aniporium sells a variety of anime figurines, including Nendoroids (from P1,750, ~USD30.46) and Pop-Up Parade figures (from P1,700, ~USD29.59). They have characters from Spy x Family, Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Kaguya-sama: Love is War.

The shop also carries expensive, 5-digit-worth scale figures from animes such as Fate/Stay Night and Overlord.

Even if you don’t make any purchases, you’re free to view all of these collectibles and more at the store.

So you can make your own room at home anime-themed, you can also find a wide variety of other anime merch at Aniporium.

They have everything from Haikyu!! pins (P650, ~USD11.31), Tokyo Revengers acrylic stands (P1,250, ~USD21.75), to Cardcaptor Sakura lunch cloths (P1,250, ~USD21.75).

They also carry MAGIC: The Gathering and Phantasy Star Online 2 trading cards (P220, ~USD3.83). For a game-themed desk set-up, gamers can also get Final Fantasy XIV gaming mouse pads (P2,350, ~USD40.90).

If you like surprises, get your anime merchandise from one of their gashapon. Each draw only costs P200 or ~USD3.48.

Each of their machines contains mini figures of characters from different anime series, including Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, Re: Zero, and Doraemon.

After browsing through Aniporium’s anime collectibles, grab some refreshments from Pokkó Coffee which is just next door to the shop.

It serves coffee shop staples such as Americano, cappuccino, and a wide selection of lattes (from P88, ~USD1.53), which you can get hot or iced. Meanwhile, non-coffee drinkers can also enjoy a variety of frappes, sodas, and slushes.

For a sugary energy boost, they also have cakes and pastries. Try their bestsellers – the banana crumble muffin (P98, ~USD1.71), blueberry cheesecake (P138, ~USD2.40), and premium dark chocolate cake (P128, ~USD2.23).

You can enjoy these inside the cafe or at the booths inside Aniporium as you unbox your anime merch haul.
