Rivermaya: The Reunion
New OPM acts consistently deliver good music. However, we sometimes feel nostalgic for the tunes that defined our childhood, teenage, or young adulthood years in the 90s and early 2000s.
Good news for fans of Rivermaya: Live Nation Philippines has just revealed the band’s reunion concert. Rivermaya: The Reunion is set to happen on 17 February 2024 at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque.

Fans can anticipate performances by current Rivermaya members Mark Escueta and Nathan Azarcon, and former members-turned-soloists Bamboo and Rico Blanco.
The band, which debuted in 1994, has gone through several lineup changes. Besides Escueta and Azarcon, guitarist Mike Elgar is also one of its current members.
Rivermaya gave us many of our favorite 90s and 2000s anthems, including “214”, “Kisapmata”, “Hinahanap-hanap Kita”, and “Awit ng Kabataan”.

Ticket sales for Rivermaya’s reunion concert will begin on 17th November 2023 at 3PM via smtickets.com and SM Tickets outlets nationwide. Seat prices start from P2,550 (~USD45.74) for General Admission to P14,750 (~USD264.57) for VIP.
It’s an all-standing show but pregnant women, children, and PWDs who need the use of an assistive device will have a designated area in their chosen section.
