Nas Academy introduces Filipino experts’ masterclasses
Thanks to the power of the Internet, we can now attend online academies where we can get to be part of classes from universities around the world or be taught by the best of the best in their respective fields. For instance, an exciting collaboration between Palestinian-Israeli content creator Nuseir Yassin, also known as Nas Daily, and several Filipino experts is about to happen viaNas Academy.
Launched by Nas Daily in August 2020, the academy has been spearheaded by several experts from around the world, and soon, we will also get a chance to be taught on the platform by 12 big Filipino personalities, including Catriona Gray, Erwan Heussaff, Jessica Soho, and Michael Cinco.
They will share their expertise from their respective industries

The academy has also invited Whang-od, the hundred-year-old traditional tattoo artist or mambabatok from Kalinga, to be a part of the line-up. Folks who are interested in tattooing, history, or want to get to know the artist more can look up her course that will introduce traditional Kalinga tattoos.
Aside from them, Moira Dela Torre, Anthony Francisco, Jason Magbanua, Chinkee Tan, Carlo Ople, James Deakin, and Mav’s Phenomenal Basketball will also be sharing their know-how in their courses.
The courses will come with live sessions
The courses will be delivered through pre-recorded videos, but there will be live sessions with the teachers themselves as well. If you want to be the first to access the courses as soon as they drop onto the academy’s website, you can sign up for the platform’s waitlist. You don’t need to pay when you sign up, as you’ll only be charged once the course you listed for is ready.
We’re definitely excited to hear more about the masterclasses of our very own talents!
