Reopened To The Public, Lagusnilad Underpass Emerges Anew After Rehabilitation

Lagusnilad Underpass reopens to the public

The wait is over for the public, especially motorists, as the Lagusnilad Underpass is now reopened for hassle-free commutes. As it’s a vital pathway for Metro Manila pedestrians, the underpass is back in action after undergoing a significant revamp.

New upgrade

The Lagusnilad Underpass is considered a hub for daily commuters. And after six months of rehabilitation, it has officially reopened, unveiling a refreshed look that promises improved functionality and aesthetic appeal.

What makes this underpass important is that it connects to major location points in Manila. Now, it also boasts enhanced safety features and a modern design aimed at providing a more pleasant commuting experience.

Aside from the added solar studs for motorists’ safety, Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna also stated that “when it’s raining, it will no longer be flooded and there will be no potholes. We also increased the cement and it’s not just asphalt.”
