Most of us have had to adopt creative sidelines during the pandemic. Some have turned to selling things online, while others have created their own online bakeshops. If you’ve been thinking of taking your dream of starting a small business to the next level, you can check out Mister Donut’s Mister Donut on Wheels’ franchising deal.
Offered in provinces such as Zambales, Ilocos Sur, Aurora Quezon, Cebu, Leyte, and Zamboanga, the Mister Donut on Wheels franchise gives aspiring entrepreneurs in the said areas a chance to start their own business by introducing the beloved donut brand to their community.

The innovative franchise has a tricycle option that will only cost you an initial P180,000 – a fee which will cover the vehicle, showcase, and fabrication.

If you want to have more space, you can check out another option of the franchise package specially for racal motorcycles. It costs P250,000 – and the amount accounts for design, fabrication, assets, signages, permits, and licenses, but not the vehicle.

There’s also a franchising package that makes use of a multi-cab or an L300 van. You can get this at a higher price of P650,000, and this fee includes the discounted franchise fee of P54,000, signage, murals, equipment, permits, and other documentation. However, it’s important to note that this fee also doesn’t include the cost of the multi-cab or L300 van.

Cherry B. Carino, Franchise Management Head at Mister Donut, says sales from the multi-cab or L300 van type average P8,700 a day, and that franchisees can expect this figure to double during the holidays.
While all the above franchise offers are valid for franchisees who are operating in the provinces named above, you can still apply to become a franchisee if you live outside these provinces. But your application will be subject to the approval of Mister Donuts.
Cute, mobile, and affordable, the Mister Donut on Wheels is surely a good small business idea, especially since we’re now in the middle of a pandemic when most people can’t travel around with lockdown restrictions in place.
And it’s hard to go wrong by bringing the familiar bread of Mister Donuts as well as our go-to desserts to Filipinos living in these provincial areas.
