You no longer need to go abroad to get a taste of unique sandwiches from the Chinese chain restaurant Liang Crispy Roll. The sandwich bar with over 12,000 locations worldwide is finally opening its first branch in the Philippines at SM Aura Premier in Taguig City on 17 July.
To celebrate its first Philippine branch, they are treating their first 30 customers to a free 1-year supply of their sandwiches. The mall opens at 10 AM if you want to try your luck at getting a year’s worth of this perfect snack to eat while strolling in the mall.

In case you’re not one of the lucky 30 to be first in line at the Liang Crispy Roll store in SM Aura, going to this new food place on its first stay will still be worth your time.
The store is offering a Buy 1 Take 1 promo throughout their opening day. You can mix and match their sandwiches so you can try out any two that you want and only pay for the one with the higher price.
Each sandwich has the signature thin, golden brown scallion pancake shell

Liang Crispy Roll’s sandwiches are known for their thin, golden brown scallion pancake shell. It’s comparable to the Mexican burrito or the French crepe.
As for the filling, the store’s first Philippine branch also has a range of options that can satisfy different palates.
The Pork BBQ, Veggie Delite, and Chunky Tuna sandwiches

So far, the sandwich bar’s Philippine location has six crispy roll options to choose from, with prices ranging from P95 (~USD1.89) to P145(~USD2.88).
These include meat options such as Grilled Chicken, Pork BBQ, and Angus Beef Steak, if you’re feeling fancy. The healthier and also halal options would be the Veggie Delite and the Chunky Tuna. For a light snack you can eat on the go, you can also opt for their 5 Cheese Melt.
Filipino foodies no longer have to go overseas to get a taste of trendy food from abroad, thanks to restaurateurs who bring foreign restaurant chains to the country. A quick drive to the mall can now introduce us to a wide array of cuisines.
If you’re planning to check out the crispy roll stall in SM Aura Premier on its opening day or anytime soon, just remember to bring a face mask and a face shield so you can keep yourself and everyone else safe.
