To give your SO – or yourself – the butterflies, here are flower-themed cafes and restaurants you should check out in the metro.


1. Flower Ranch Cafe – cozy, Seoul-inspired cafe

Inspired by quaint cafes in Seoul, South Korea, Flower Ranch Cafe in Mandaluyong is a “very tiny” flower shop-cafe tucked along Shaw Boulevard.

This flower-themed cafe has rustic interiors decorated with fresh and dried flowers that are available for purchase from P150 each (~USD2.72).

Since the place is small, there’s limited seating so be sure to snag their only 2 seats for you and your SO.

Flower Ranch Cafe serves affordable coffee, but they also have caffeine-free cold brew rose tea (P150, ~USD2.72) which just fits the cafe’s theme perfectly. For a special touch, each cup is decorated with a flower.

2. Woke Coffee – quaint but romantic cafe with affordable offerings

Woke Coffee is a romantic, minimalist cafe with neutral-colored interiors and wooden furniture. It’s also peppered with flowers, gracing the vases on the tables. But just like Flower Ranch Cafe, this coffee shop has 2 seats.

Despite the cafe’s highly polished aesthetic interiors, they have affordable offerings. Their coffee, frappes, and smoothies start at P79 (~USD1.43). To go with your drink, they have sandwiches, savory bread, and pastries from P70 (~USD1.27).

You can get a croissant for a classic bite, Speculoos cookie for something sweet, or triple-meat flatbread for something savory.

3. Flossom Kitchen + Cafe – restaurant offering unlimited wine

Besides flower displays around the restaurants, Flossom Kitchen + Cafe has an impressive amount of ferns cascading from the ceiling.

This flower-themed restaurant in San Juan offers unlimited wine, to celebrate your relationship or lack thereof – they won’t judge.

Unlimited red and white wine costs P650/head (~USD11.78) while unlimited Moscato, Rosé, and Lambrusco costs 850/head (~USD15.40). The restaurant also has a wide variety of tapas (appetizers) to go with your drink.

Flossom Kitchen + Cafe is also a great brunch spot, serving everything from pancakes to a full English breakfast as well as pizzas and pastas.

4. Wiltlover Cafe – floral-themed Taylor Swift cafe

Wiltlover Cafe has All Too Well and Me! lyrics featured on its walls, making this a perfect date spot for Swiftie couples. It also has walls and ceilings filled with realistic-looking flowers.

They have several meal options, but they’re best known for their coffee and pastries. Their signature coffee offerings (from P165, ~USD2.99) include mango cream latte and Cinderella Latte – or iced pumpkin spice and white chocolate latte.

If your child is third-wheeling on your date, you can get them a babyccino. Or, if you’re with your furbaby, a puppuccino.

5. Cafe Yani – flower shop-slash-cafe with a dessert buffet

Cafe Yani is also a quaint cafe reminiscent of Korean coffee shops, with rustic interiors and wooden furniture. Also a flower shop, it sells flower bouquets from P525 (~USD9.51).

Their drinks and pastries – including Japanese cheesecake and strawberry shortcake – are as beautiful as their interiors and flowers.

The cafe also offers unlimited treats for your sweet. Their dessert buffet (from P475, ~USD8.61) includes cakes, cheesecakes, and chocolate truffles. You can also add coffee, fruit tea, and ade for an additional fee.

6. Wildheart Flower Shop + Cafe – many fresh and dried flower options for purchase

If your SO loves to get photos taken for IG, check out Wildheart Flower Shop + Cafe in Las Piñas.

This flower-themed coffee shop has an impressive display of flowers on its floor and ceiling as well as many Instagrammable spots for you to take photos from.

And you no longer need to worry about what to gift your loved one, the cafe also sells individual flowers, dried flower bundles, and bouquets (from P350, USD6.34).

7. Fifty Nine Flower Cafe – flower garnishes on food and drinks

Fifty Nine Flower Cafe‘s flower shop is located at the front of the store, with the seats sprawled at the back. The cafe itself has a subtle flower theme. Its interior feels homey, which makes it ideal for meeting the parents.

The shop sells flower arrangements in bouquets and cute boxes, as well as balloon and stuffed toy arrangements (from P2,500, ~USD45.31). For special occasions, they even offer items such as special Chinese New Year arrangements and 40cm Christmas trees.

Their food items are also IG-worthy. Some of them, including their coffee (from P115, ~USD2.08), are garnished with flowers.

If you believe that a way to a person’s heart is through their stomach, Fifty Nine Flower Cafe’s ube (purple yam) cake (P160/slice, ~USD2.90) is also highly recommended.

8. Le Fleur Cafe – faux flower decor for those with allergies

If you or your SO loves flowers but are unfortunately allergic to them, check out Le Fleur Cafe in Quezon City.

The cafe has plenty of white and colored faux flowers hanging from the ceiling, giving the place a dreamy look.

They have a variety of drinks, including coffee and tea, starting at P160 (~USD2.90). For food, they serve pasta and sandwiches, but their cakes (from P180/slice, ~USD3.26) are definitely a must-try.

9. Coffee Project – accessibility & fresh perspective for students and digital nomads

Of all the cafes and restaurants listed above, Coffee Project may be the most accessible spot you can go to thanks to its multiple branches around Metro Manila. If you love studying or working remote at cafes, this may be the one for you.

It offers a chill ambiance so you can focus on studying and working with no disturbance. Electric outlets are also at your disposal for when you need to charge your devices.

Fiore Petalo Flower & Cafe in Quezon City is where you’ll want to go for custom-made bouquets – and they don’t have to be flowers, too. You can ask for bouquet arrangements for chocolates, snacks, and even money.
