If you’ve been cafe-hopping frequently this year, you might have tried similar menu items at various cafes. For a unique dessert, make the drive to Angono, Rizal and check out the loaf cakes at Zullo Coffee & Loaf.
This homegrown cafe with a newly opened branch in SM Angono serves unique loaf flavors you won’t find in most dining spots.

What makes this cafe one of a kind is its moist loaf cake slices (starts at P58, ~USD1.02). These come in a variety of flavors, including mango graham and choco butternut, which Filipinos love.
For more mature palates, there’s also lemon blueberry glazed moist loaf and pumpkin cinnamon moist loaf with maple cream frosting.

Don’t miss out on the cafe’s drink offerings. They have a variety of hot and iced coffee drinks, including lattes, as well as coffee- and chocolate-based frappes.
Try their tea offerings, too. Their Assam Berries iced tea balances the bitterness of black tea and the sweetness of berries, with strawberry popping boba to give it a more fun, fruity twist.
For colder days, get their hot masala chai to taste the depth of spiced Assam tea.

Like its older branches, Zullo Coffee & Loaf in SM Angono has a modern interior design with splashes of the brand’s color orange.
In case you can’t drop by any of the coffee shop’s stores, their offerings are also available via GrabFood.
If you’re looking for the newest cafe to visit in Rizal, be sure to add the new Zullo Coffee & Loaf branch in SM Angono to your cafe itinerary.
While you’re there, try a flavor that calls out to you the most from their various moist loaf offerings.
