In March 2022, Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort in Pampanga introduced a Yum Cha Festival menu at their Xi restaurant where you, your friends, and family can enjoy a hefty dining experience through Chinese culture.

Xi is one of the three restaurants in Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort that serves authentic Chinese food, including Cantonese specialties for you to satisfy your cravings and learn more about Hong Kong-style dining culture.

Additionally, Xi has private dining rooms that can each accommodate 10 to 30 people if you’re interested in having an intimate get-together at the restaurant.
Unlimited dim sum

In March 2022, Xi introduced its Yum Cha Festival menu where you can choose from unlimited dim sum to eat with your other meals. What’s more, you and other guests won’t need to get up as the food will be served to your tables.
Some of the dim sum include Har Gao or shrimp dumplings, Fried Wanton, and Mushroom Buns.

To dine at the restaurant, the rate is P1,188 (~USD22.78) per guest. You’ll be able to enjoy all the Cantonese dim sum delicacies at your disposal.

Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort is a hotel and resort located in Mabalacat, Pampanga where you can head to if you’re needing a quick weekend getaway.
Aside from the common amenities, this hotel and resort is also ideal for work and formal events as they have designated venues such as ballrooms, boardrooms, and meeting rooms that you can reserve for up to 1,000. Additionally, audio-visual equipment is there for rent for events or conferences.

Aside from Xi, the hotel and resort has two other restaurants that can cater to your other food cravings. Olive Restaurant is a buffet restaurant that serves local to Mediterranean-inspired dishes from breakfast until dinner.

On the other hand, Treat Bar and Lounge is the place where you can have some coffee and snacks during the morning and the afternoon.
And by nighttime, you can enjoy some cocktails and other alcoholic beverages made by the bartenders here. Always remember to drink responsibly.
