Known for his Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine at beachside restaurant Alma Siargao, chef Luis Mas is now bringing his cuisine, including authentic seafood ravioli and carpaccio, to the metro.

Taste it at the recently opened Terraza Martinez in Shangri-La the Fort in BGC that’ll let you experience the feeling of being in Spain, not only from the food, but also from the Spanish home-styled setup that’ll make you feel welcome.

The restaurant’s wide arched glass door and windows that are used in some Spanish homes make for a comfy ambiance. Its wooden ceiling, furniture, and woven decorations will make you feel as if you’re in a Spanish household as well.

Additionally, the restaurant has an open kitchen where you can freely watch how your food is being cooked and prepared until it arrives at your table.

Go for their Paella Valenciana con Alcachofas Frescas (Paella Valenciana with Fresh Artichokes) (P995, ~USD16.86) if you prefer chicken. For a healthier option and vegan-friendly dish, try the Paella de Verduras (Vegan Paella) (P950, ~USD16.10).
