For all those who want to experience the beauty of Palawan, Sunlight Eco Tourism Island Resort (SETIR) offers complete vacation packages that include flying on a charter plane and staying in Maldives-style villas with glass floors.

If you choose to book their all-in vacation package, you don’t have to worry about booking regular commercial flights since you’ll be flying Sunlight Air—their line of charter planes exclusive to guests of the resort.

You will then board the plane at the INAEC terminal in Pasay City, away from the usual crowd in the NAIA domestic terminals. Then you’ll land at Busuanga airport, where you’ll find a shuttle service to take you to Coron.  Subsequently, you’ll go on a 45-minute speedboat ride to reach the Sunlight Eco Tourism Island Resort (SETIR) on Culion island.

Stay in glass floor water villas

One of the best things about Palawan is its marine ecosystem, and that’s why SETIR designed Maldives-style water villas with glass floors, so you can appreciate the vibrant corals and sea creatures that live in those waters.

The villas are also situated to either face the sunrise or sunset to achieve the relaxing effects of natural light as it glimmers off the ocean’s surface.

Enjoy family activities and water sports

There are three white-sand beach areas you can explore in SETIR, but the first beach is where most of the water activities are. Some of the rides you can get are jet skis, banana boats, paddle boards, and kayaks. If you feel more adventurous, you could scuba dive to World War II shipwrecks and coral gardens teeming with marine life.

Karaoke lovers would also find the dedicated KTV villa entertaining, while kids would love the playground area and vast grounds where they can run around and have fun.
