When it comes to getaways and food trips, Pampanga’s one of the places that people opt for due to the vast amount of food places including luxurious-looking cafes and restaurants.
We checked out Sky Garden in Angeles, Pampanga, a café and restaurant that offers roof deck al fresco dining with a view.
Upon arrival, head for the elevator as the cafe and restaurant is located in the upper floors of the Eclat building.
Once we arrived, we immediately noticed how massive the space was along with the lush and extravagant-looking decorations with marbled tiles, golden wall signs, and a crystal glass rain drop chandelier hanging from the ceiling.
What’s more, you won’t have to worry about vacant tables as the café and restaurant covers the top three floors of the building. You can dine indoors on the cushioned seats or you can go a floor higher – by stairs or elevator – and dine in the al fresco space.
As you enter the upper patio, you’ll see greenery and lights on the ceiling, wooden flooring, and a decorative cherry blossom tree at the center, where you can take pretty photos.
You’ll also get to enjoy the open air and a view of Mount Arayat from afar while you enjoy your meal with your companions.
The café and restaurant offers a variety of café food from snacks to cakes and pastries including their Club Sandwich & Fries (P450, ~USD8.52).
If you’re curious to try something new such as black noodles, take a shot at their signature pasta dish Black Noodle with Shrimp (P580, ~USD10.98).
The dish is served to you in a large plate and everything is arranged aesthetically from the shrimp placement to the lemon for an added twist.
You can then pair your food with a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, such as tea and smoothies. Some of their ice-blended drinks include the Salted Caramel and Java Chip Choco both priced at P190 (~USD3.60).

Apart from the al fresco dining area, they also have the Hive with study carrells set up for solo diners or ideally, those looking for a place to study or work quietly. Go to their Library Hall for more vacant spots, where you can also work and study.

On the other hand, there’s also The Lounge, a non-smoking and reservations only area that you can use for intimate gatherings or even meetings.
Nevertheless, there’s a vast amount of tables you can sit in and still have a view to look at with the floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
So if you’re looking for a luxurious food spot that has ample space, serves Korean dishes, and offers al fresco dining with a mountain view, visit Sky Garden in Pampanga.
Bon appetit!
