Silly Lily Bakehouse in Los Baños, Laguna Has Colorful Croissants That Can Satisfy Your Inner Child

Bakeshops that offer croissants typically don’t stray too far away from the classic flavors. However, Silly Lily bakeshop in Los Baños, Laguna lives true to its name and isn’t afraid to add a bright colored glaze and sprinkles to the classic French pastry.

The shop still sells classic flavors such as butter croissants and pain au chocolat. With variants such as rainbow sprinkle and the nostalgic Filipino candy bar Chocnut, though, their colorful croissants will surely bring your inner child loads of joy.

Silly Lily offers croissant variants that can give you an eye feast and tickle your taste buds.

The bakeshop’s rainbow sprinkle croissant has a generous amount of diplomat cream inside and a pink chocolate glaze and rainbow sprinkles on top. Silly Lily can also bring back your happy childhood memories with their Chocnut croissant filled with chocolate and peanut whipped cream with bits of Chocnut.

The shop also has Oreo croissants filled with Oreo diplomat cream and topped with white chocolate and chunks of Oreo. There’s also the matcha variant which are croissants coated in striking green matcha chocolate.

For those who want something in between classic croissants and wacky croissant flavors, Silly Lily also has almond, ddalki (strawberry), ddalki almond, and triple choc au lat croissants. These inventive croissant offerings cost P120 to 155 (~USD2.38-USD3.07) each.

The bakeshop also sells Instagram-worthy, Korean-inspired cakes which are perfect for celebrations.

They have different varieties of strawberry cake, such as the ddalki, ddalki chocolat, and ddalki cream cake with chocolate glaze. For people who want a fruit-flavored cake but aren’t particularly fond of strawberries, they also have mango cream cake.

For chocolate lovers, their choco namu cake has chocolate ganache, matcha cream, and whipped cream. If you want the celebrant to feel extra special, you can also get them a jinhan cake – a 5-layer chocolate chiffon cake with a chocolate glaze and edible gold as garnish.

The bakeshop’s cakes retail from P700 to P1,950 (~USD13.87 to USD38.65).

Croissants are only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays while cakes are available daily. However, you need to place an order as Silly Lily only sells a limited quantity of their products per day.

To order, you have to message the shop on Facebook with your name and order details. The full details about pre-order and payment methods can be found on their website.

The cut-off for orders is at 2PM of the day before the pickup date, but don’t wait until the last minute to order as their products sell out fast.

You can pick up your order from 11.30AM to 5PM on your arranged date at Seoul Kitchen in Barangay Batong Malaki, Los Baños, Laguna.

Los Baños residents who want their orders delivered should book their own delivery with Elbi Delivery, LB Dispatch, or Toktok. Those who are not from Los Baños can also book any third-party delivery company, but Silly Lily reminds customers that their products may melt during transit.
