Not Just Coffee In Katipunan Serves Liquor-Infused Coffee For Those Who Need To Get Through The Day

Not Just Coffee – literally

Most of the time, coffee is all we need to get our day started. But when you need something stronger than coffee, it’s time to run to Not Just Coffee in Quezon City.

This coffee shop at The Pop Up Katipunan serves coffee with a boost – or, rather, booze – perfect for days you’d rather not deal with things but just have to.

Liquor-infused coffee

The cafe offers cold brew-based coffee with a kick from your favorite alcoholic drinks.

If you’re into the classic coffee types, go for their Rum Americano or Creamy Vodka Latte. For flavored options, there are also Peppermint Tequila Latte and the cafe’s best sellers, Caramel Brandy Machiatto and Mocha Whiskey Latte.

These liquor-infused coffee drinks are served iced but you can also have Caramel Brandy Machiato, Mocha Whiskey Latte, and Peppermint Tequila Latte ice-blended.

The coffee shop’s alcoholic coffee offerings start at P149 (~USD2.69) and come in two sizes, tall and grande.

Classic and specialty coffee offerings

Not Just Coffee also serves other non-alcoholic specialty flavors, such as Cinnamon Latte and Toasted Marshmallow Latte. For a slightly tart coffee drink, they have Strawberry Latte.

If you just need your regular coffee order, however, the cafe also offers Americano, Caramel Macchiato, Creamy Latte, and Mocha Latte.

Bread and pastries to go with your drink

The coffee shop also serves bread and pastries to pair with your coffee.

They serve sweet and nostalgic choco Bavarian doughnuts for P89 (~USD1.61) apiece. For something savory, there’s also pork floss bread for P99 (~USD1.79).

You also try the trendy, South Korean garlic cream cheese bread at the shop for P139 (~USD2.51).

Pet-friendly al-fresco dining

Due to the food park set-up at The Pop Up Katipunan, the coffee shop operates in a container van. Cafegoers, then, can enjoy their drinks in an open-air space, seated at one of the tables in front of their stall.

You also get to visit the place with your fur baby, in case you need an extra source of energy on top of a cup of spiked coffee.

Boozy coffee offerings at The Pop Up Katipunan

So the next time you know you’re headed to an extra hard day, drop by Not Just Coffee in Katipunan and grab one of their boozy coffee offerings.

But you don’t really need a reason to get their liquor-infused coffee, too. You can simply try them for the sake of curiosity and you might just come across your new favorite coffee order.
