Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa: Farm Retreat With Massage Pools & A Metro Skyline View

Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa in Antipolo, Rizal

Rizal’s answer to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa is a must-visit in the hills of Antipolo.

City-weary folks can soak their worries away in their massage pool, jacuzzis, and infinity pools with an endless view, just an hour’s drive from the metro. Holidayers can also spend the night here if they can’t get enough of the relaxing facilities for a one-stop weekend vacay.

Come for the pools, stay for the deep tissue massage

The views of Laguna Lake and the Metro Manila skyline are reason enough to make the trip up to Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa. From P895 (~USD17.77), you can book a day pass that includes access to the heated jacuzzi, a hydro-massage pool, and infinity pools from which you can snag these views.

While you can certainly squeeze a full-body massage into your day visit, we recommend staying the night to allow yourself more time to get those knots out and to sample the body scrubs.

Soaking your worries away isn’t the only thing you can do at this spa. Here, you can also strap yourself onto the Hidden Garden Swing to get an up-close view of the hills of Antipolo.

…and top off your visit with a meal featuring a suman (rice cake) treat and other local dishes.

Don’t forget your pasalubong – woven Ilocos Norte-style fabric souvenirs and more

Don’t leave the spa without these pasalubong (souvenir) or Christmas gift ideas: bags and towels made from woven fabric from Ilocos Norte, body scent sprays, kasoy (cashew) packs in 3 flavors, or Taal Volcano ash glazed-pottery by local potter Lanelle Abueva-Fernando.
