Made to look like a set of an old cowboy film, El Kabayo Coffee has other Wild West-themed establishments around it. These include an antique shop, telegraph office, federal bank, and sheriff’s office.
However, these are not in service and are for stylistic purposes only. Still, these facades are fun to explore and take photos of.

While El Kabayo Coffee gives strong Wild West vibes, the cafe uses local, world-class coffee beans from Sultan Kudarat for its coffee offerings. These beans are made of 100% single origin Arabica with notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts.
Some of their popular drinks are their affogato (P110, ~USD2.20) which is espresso with creamy vanilla ice cream for scorching days, and the Sheriff’s Special (P110-P120, ~USD2.20-USD2.41) – espresso with whole and condensed milk.
By popular demand, the cafe also sells coffee beans in 200g packs so you can also make good coffee in the comfort of your home.
