Corner Cafe + Deli In Quezon City: Korean-Style Restaurant Serving Egg Drop Sandwiches Under P250

Korean-style Corner Cafe + Deli at Quezon City

From the tteokbokki to the ramyeon we always see featured in Korean dramas, egg drop sandwiches are a recent addition on our screens that makes us hungry.

In November 2021, a Korean-influenced cafe and deli called Corner Cafe + Deli opened in Quezon City. If you’re interested in tasting Korean-style sandwiches or are looking for a new hangout spot to try out in Metro Manila, this could be the place for you.

The restaurant offers egg drop sandwiches in five variations: Classic Egg (P155, ~USD3.01), Bacon (P175, ~USD3.40), Sweet Ham (P175, ~USD3.40), Beef Sukiyaki (P185, ~USD3.60), and Corner Signature Deli Drop (P245, ~USD4.77) that contains the most layers including their secret special sauce.

Other than that, you can order from a selection of deli sandwiches, pastries, French toast, and coffee and non-coffee beverages. If you’re looking for heavier meals, the restaurant also offers all-day breakfast and their signature pasta dishes.

For those hungrier moments, we recommend the Farmer’s Pork Tocino (P320, ~USD6.22) or the Irish Corned Beef (P340, ~USD6.61), all-day breakfast meals that are served with garlic rice, fried egg, and atsara (papaya relish in English). If you’d rather go for pasta, we recommend the Chorizo Aglio E Olio (P295, ~USD5.74) served with a fried egg.

The restaurant’s open and inviting structure

The restaurant is aesthetically located as a corner property.

With entrances facing both Sto. Domingo and Sta. Catalina, and floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, the solid colors of white, gray, and brown makes it easy on the eyes. The simple, minimalist aesthetic makes the restaurant look well put together.
