Al fresco dining spots aren’t just trendy these days for physical distancing purposes. When you’re cooped up at home 24/7, they also make a great yet cheap breather from your usual work-from-home set-up.
If you’re looking for an al fresco cafe in Metro Manila for your next weekend brunch, you should definitely check out Cafe Guilt in Diliman, Quezon City. The coffee shop has a refreshing outdoor setting surrounded by greenery and serves guilt-free and sinful dishes so you can eat away your stress however you like.

Cafe Guilt has seats made of woven plant materials, wood, and marble tables, and is surrounded by plants, making it easy on the eyes. However, what makes it an ideal place to visit in the metro is its outdoor dining option where there are canopies and real trees to provide shade and keep you comfortable.
Its indoor area is also a great place to dine, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light that gives it a refreshing and airy ambiance.

The cafe accepts walk-ins, but for your convenience, you can book a reservation at least 2 hours prior to secure a seat at the cafe from Monday to Thursday. To do this, simply message them your preferred date and time, number of persons, and mobile number at 0917 1676 050. They will then confirm your reservation through text.
They don’t do reservations during Fridays and weekends, so seats are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, keep in mind that they have limited parking space when you go.
Takeout and curbside pick-up are also available if you want to reward yourself with good food without staying outdoors for too long.
Whether you want to treat yourself to a healthy meal, a high-carb one, or just want to grab some alcoholic drinks, Cafe Guilt is a place that’s worth including in your weekend plans.
Just make sure to follow social distancing measures when you go to keep yourself, other customers, and the staff safe from the virus.
