Anthony Jennings was born Anthony Michael Jennings on 1st November 2000. His mom is Filipino while his late dad was British.
While he’s mixed-raced, Jennings grew up in the Philippines. He spent the majority of his formative years in Negros Occidental, under the care of his grandparents.
He is the oldest child in his family and has 2 younger brothers.

Because of financial constraints that forced his family to keep moving, Jennings completed his studies only until Grade 2. He then began to take commercial acting gigs, which kept him from going back to his studies.
So, when he first auditioned for an acting role in ABS-CBN, he couldn’t even read, write, or do basic math. He had to learn these skills on his own during his teens.
Fortunately, he was able to take an education program and was a senior in high school as of 2022. He also aspires to continue his college education in the future.

Jennings made his acting debut in the 2019 blockbuster film Hello, Love, Goodbye, alongside acclaimed actors Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards.
He portrayed the role of Eric, the youngest brother of Alden Richards’ character Ethan, and made his appearance towards the end of the movie at the airport.
Earlier that year, Jennings was introduced as part of the Star Magic Circle 2019 with Kyle Echarri and his Can’t Buy Me Love co-star Belle Mariano.

Jennings’ first lead role was in a Metro Manila Film Festival entry, proving his acting chops.
He played Tupe in Love at First Stream alongside Senior High star Daniela Stranner. The film was directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, who is known for helming numerous KathNiel movies.
The main cast also includes Kaori Oinuma and Jeremiah Lisbo.

Before working with DonBelle in Can’t Buy Me Love, Jennings had collaborated with other well-known Filipino loveteams.
In 2020, he was in the LizQuen teleserye Make It With You. Later that year, he took on a supporting role in the KathNiel digital series The House Arrest of Us.
